A reflective writing for: ICT Transforming Education: A regional guide

Description

At the end of 2009, the present author was contracted by the UNESCO Bangkok Office to revise and update these guidelines. However, it soon became apparent that there had been such advances in ICT in education in the intervening years that more than a revision was required. New models of e-learning had appeared and new Web 2.0 tools were influencing pedagogy in classrooms around the world. Rather than a revision, then, a totally new Guide was required. This Regional Guide is the result.
Feelings
Technology is changing every aspect of our lives and that incudes education. The huge choice of education technology now available from apps and platforms to augmented reality and artificial intelligence can be mind boggling for teachers and schools. But students need to be prepared for a world that is being transformed by a host of emerging technologies. And if used appropriately edtech can enhance learning. According to the 2018 bett innovation index a survey of over 1000 teachers school leader belie technology has positive impact on education outcomes. 
Evaluation
Information and communication technology (ICT) has become, within a very short time, one of the basic building blocks of modern society. Everyday it plays an increasingly important role in the way we communicate, learn and live.
The developments in the use of the electronic media and technology have influenced all walks of life. Education is no exception to this. Schools worldwide have achieved high levels of effective use of ICT to support and change the teaching and learning process in many subject areas.
Analysis 
ICT provides cost effective tools to help increase collaboration and build trust and community though transparent communication. ICT it also can increase efficiency and provide new ways to work. 
Conclusions
The timing has never been better for using technology to enable and improve learning at all levels, in all places, and for people of all backgrounds. From the modernization of E-rate to the proliferation and adoption of openly licensed educational resources, the key pieces necessary to realize best the transformations made possible by technology in education are in place.
Action plan
We should expound the ICT because it is very source thing that people are more expert towards technologies.
